Team Coaching Boutique® believes that coaching is complementary with other work in order to help deliver tangible results. As such, we are offering bespoke micro-development courses to support the growth and progress of our clients. The aim is to help the individuals cement their coaching development with knowledge and action while they spend less than 15 minutes on each mini-lesson. It is flexible, based on the micro-development approach and enables us to customise the products we present to our clients in a way that is fully connected to the coaching. Our team can also offer more in-depth MDJ (Micro Development Journeys) for larger cohorts of people to support more involved coaching arrangements. The intent is to allow the clients to go deeper following our Motivate, Activate, Facilitate, Grow approach in a way that generates tangible actions.
