We have a range of existing courses that cover different facets of team building and leadership development, such as The Principles of Team Onboarding, Communicating with Compassion, and Effective Leadership Fundamentals. We can custom-build courses to meet your specific needs and challenges.

Each course is self-directed and self-paced. This allows learners to jump in and out of the course when it suits them and their workload and encourages learners to complete the course and attain new skills.

It is delivered online and accessible on any digital device.

Each course is led by a fully qualified coach who steers the learner and provides guidance, advice and feedback. Delegates will have access to:

• at least one virtual coaching session with the coach
• 24/7 interactions and feedback from the coach
• modules and ‘missions’ - these can be customised to align with the individual’s, the team’s or your organisation’s goals and challenges

Team Coaching Boutique can adapt the number and nature of the modules and missions.
The coach evaluates the learner’s missions once submitted and scores them on their responses and how well they engage with the content. Engagement is assessed via ‘energy levels’. Learners can score points and badges based on their progress and mission outcomes.

If a course is being completed between team members or colleagues within the same organisation, there is opportunity for social learning to enable delegates to support each other to complete the course, engage with the material and maintain their ‘energy’ level. The learner is responsible for completing the course – the more the learner puts in, the more they will get out of it. At the end of the course, learners can receive a copy of what has been covered and what they have learned.
